Holland Independent Cycling Tour |
Cycle at your own pace through the most beautiful countryside of Europe.
Luggage is
shipped from inn to inn.
You have a map and detailed route instructions
plus as a
local representative who can be called for assistance.
This is a gentle tour filled with windmills, flowers and
interesting towns. It begins in the historic town of Delft and
then goes to the town of Naaldwijk which is famous for its
flower action.

Start Dates: Any day Monday - Saturday April to October.
Duration: Five nights
Tour Profile: Easy. Mostly flat countryside. Variations on the route allow you to shorten or
lengthen the distances.
Accommodation: Comfortable hotels with private
bath.
Included: five nights accommodation, breakfast daily,
five dinners, luggage transfer, bicycle rental, route maps and notes, local

Holland Independent Cycling Tour Itinerary:
Day One: Arrive in Delft for dinner and perhaps a short cycle
ride.
Day Two: Delft to Naaldwijk (10 miles) This is an easy cycle ride.
Day Three: After breakfast cycle
along the coast. The route leads through duneland along the
North Sea to the seaside resort of Kijkduin.
(14 miles) Spend two nights in Kijkduin at the excellent Hotel
Atlantic.
Day Four: Enjoy the beach or cycle along the coast through
the dunes to the fishing village of Schveningen.
Alternatively visit The Hague with its Royal Palace.
Overnight in Kijkduin.
Day Five: Cycle through a nature reserve along countryside
canals to the historic town of Delft with its beautiful
marketplace. Spend the night at the Hotel de Flaming in
the heart of Delft.
