The limestone monoliths of the Italian Dolomites have inspired generations of walkers. Dramatic rock pinnacles and vast soaring cliffs form a spectacular background to the lush green slopes, flower-filled meadows and scented pine forests. Situated in Val Gardena the friendly village of Selva is the base for hiking this stunning area.

One and two week walking holidays begin Saturdays: June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30

Price:    649 GBP   one week  1249 GBP two weeks. 
Prices are per person for one  or 2 weeks based on double occupancy without airfare.
Double room for sole occupancy 15.50 GBP per night. 
Allow approx 95 euros for transport to and from the walks
Non-member associate fee is 5 GBP per person.

Included
 7 or 14 nights accommodation, breakfast and dinner daily, guided walking programme.

Walking: Two levels of walking are offered each day.

  •    Easier level walks        6 - 9.5 miles.   up to 1,500 ft of ascent over a day.
  •     Harder level walks       5 -10.5  miles   up to 3,000 ft of ascent over a day.
Hotel: HOTEL MALLEIER  With excellent meals, immaculate spacious accommodations and friendly, efficient service this three-star hotel has been consistently rated as one of the very best by our guests.  Elmar Torggler and his family have great pride in their hotel, which has 35 en-suite bedrooms, a luxury spa suite and attractive gardens.  Situated next to peaceful meadows, just a short walk from the village centre, there are superb views down the valley and of the dramatic mountains all around.
