With a fascinating ancient history, lush green mountains and picturesque hill-top villages, the beautiful island of Sicily has it all.  Guided walks will include dramatic gorges, stunning coastal scenery and rising above it all, Mount Etna itself.

Prices are per person for one week based on double occupancy without air.
Supplement for a single room 16 GBP per night.  

Included:  7 nights accommodation with private bath, breakfast and dinner daily, guided walking programme with choice of walk each day.

Walking: Two levels of walking are offered each day.

  •     Harder Level walks     6– 11 miles.               up to 1,900 ft of ascent over a day.
  •      Easier Level walks      5 - 8 miles                  up to 1,200 ft of ascent over a day.
  Hotel: HOTEL AIRONE. This charming three-star hotel, recently refurbished in Sicilian country style, is situated above the delightful town of Zafferana Etnea which is renowned for wine and honey.  There are 62 en-suite rooms, all individually decorated and many with balconies overlooking the sea.  The pool is set in beautiful landscaped gardens and enjoys a panoramic view of the coast and Mount Etna.  Other leisure facilities include a sauna and a spa pool.
