 Guided Walking in Britain

Dovedale - Derbyshire Dales

Derbyshire is centrally located in the heart of England and offers beautiful countryside with limestone gorges (dales), green fields and flower-studded pastures.  The region has an interesting industrial past with many romantic stories. Discover the quaint local custom of "well-dressing" in small villages. Visit famous Chatsworth House and gardens or the plague village of Eyam.

2012 Dates: Classic Walking Holidays start every Saturday from May to October. Walkers stay at the same hotel for seven nights. Days start and end with a short bus ride so the walks are in the most spectacular parts of the island.  Three different guided walks are offered each day.
