Accommodation: If you have
always wanted to see the spring tulips of Holland this is your
opportunity. Three nights
in Amsterdam at the four-star Victoria Hotel located in the city
centre, opposite the central train station close to Dam square
and the Royal Palace. From here there is easy access to restaurants,
canal cruises, museums and tours. Keukenhof is the place to see
masses of tulips - seven million of them - plus many other spring
flowers and flowering trees and shrubs. It is about an hour by tour
bus from Amsterdam and the time to see it is on a Monday when it is
less crowded than on weekends.
Itinerary:
Saturday April 26: Arrive
in Amsterdam and check into the Hotel Victoria. Evening dinner
cruise on Amsterdam's canals.
