Booking information:

PAYMENT: A deposit of $300 is required to hold a reservation ($500 for Hostellerie Berard). Full payment is due 60 days before the holiday. Credit cards are accepted.

Once payments are made they are non-refundable and we offer Trip Cancellation Insurance (optional). This insurance covers participants in case they have to cancel their holiday due to accident or illness either of themselves or members of their immediate family. Insurance is with RBC Insurance (owned by the Royal Bank of Canada).
