PAYMENT:
A deposit of $1500 per person ($600 if not taking the group flight) is due within
7 days of booking your
trip.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards as well as cheques are accepted.
Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
(There is a discount of $100 per person on final payments made by cheque).
Cancellation Charges:
$1500 Cdn per person for cancellations up to 60 prior to departure.
100% non-refundable for cancellations between 60 days prior and the day of
departure.
Trip cancellation insurance:
It is advisable that you purchase
Trip Cancellation Insurance for your trip
as well as Out of Country Medical Insurance. Trip
cancellation insurance must be purchased at time of deposit. Please
inquire about the cost of the different options. Teachers' Travel sells RBC
insurance (Royal Bank of Canada)
Passports and visas: A
valid passport which does not expire within 6 months of your arrival
is required by Canadian citizens. No entry
visas are required by Canadian citizens. There is an entry fee into
Chile of $133 US payable on arrival in Santiago Airport. |
