BOOKING:
If you would like to book a tour or ask a question
please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Deposit: If booking the tour with flights, a
deposit of $1500 per person is payable to hold a
reservation. If booking without the flight the deposit is
$600.
Final Payment: The balance is due eight weeks prior
to the start of the tour. Credit cards or cheques are
accepted.
Cancellations: If
you cancel your reservation the following cancellation
charges apply:
Up to 60 days before the start of a holiday - loss of
deposit.
60 days or less before the start of a holiday – 100%
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation
Insurance in case you must cancel your holiday for
emergency medical reasons. The cost of this varies with
the age of the participant. We ask that every participant
has medical insurance coverage. Teachers’ Travel sells
RBC travel insurance.
Entry Requirements: For Canadian citizens - A valid
passport that does not expire for three months after the
intended stay in Spain.
