To make a reservation:
If you are taking the package including the flight a deposit of
$1500 per person is due within 7 days of booking your trip. The deposit
is only $600 if purchasing the trip without the flight.
Final payment is due 8 weeks before departure.
Visa, Mastercard or American Express as well as cheques are
accepted.Cancellation Charges:
Loss of deposit for cancellations between
up to 60 days
prior to departure.
100% non-refundable for cancellations between 60 days prior and
the day of departure.
Trip cancellation insurance:
It is advisable to
purchase trip cancellation insurance for your trip
as well as out of the country medical insurance. Trip
cancellation insurance must be purchased at time of deposit.
Please inquire about the cost of the
different options. Teachers' Travel sells RBC insurance (Royal
Bank of Canada).
Refunds:
Refunds cannot be made on
any portion of the sightseeing tour program, hotel
accommodation, transportation, meals, or any other services
which are not used by
participants who, for any reason, break their journey from the itinerary
while the tour is in progress.
Tour prices: Tour
prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a room.
Single room supplements are listed
where applicable. Triple
accommodation is not available. Price is guaranteed once deposit
is made.
Passports: A
valid passport is required by
Canadian and U.S. citizens. The passport should have an expiry
date of at least three months after the planned departure from
Spain.
