Booking Information:
To make a reservation:
A deposit of $1500 per
person is due within 7 days of booking your trip. ($600 deposit
if no flight is booked)
Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure.
Visa, American Express or Mastercard as well as cheques are
accepted.
Cancellation Charges:
Loss of deposit for cancellations up to 60 prior to departure.
100% non-refundable for cancellations between 60 days prior and
the day of departure.
Trip cancellation
insurance:
It is advisable that you
purchase trip cancellation insurance for your trip
as well as out of the country medical insurance. Trip
cancellation insurance must be purchased at time of deposit.
Please inquire about the cost of the
different options. Teachers Travel sells RBC insurance (Royal
Bank of Canada)
Tour prices: Tour
prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a room.
Single room supplements are listed
where applicable. Triple
accommodation is not available.
Passports and visas: A
valid passport which is required by Canadian citizens.
