About Discovery Tours:

Meals: All tours include three meals a day. Breakfast is a full English breakfast plus a large selection of cereals and fruit. Lunch is usually a picnic with a large selection. Dinners are served family style at tables for eight people. They consist of four courses with a choice of at least four main courses including one that is vegetarian and followed by a selection of typical English desserts like "sticky toffee pudding".

What is included: 
-   Seven nights accommodation with private bath
-   Three meals a day WITH CHOICE OF MENU AT DINNER
-   Afternoon tea on arrival
-   Transportation by private minibus in conjunction with the tour itinerary
-   Services of a qualified guide
-   All taxes and gratuities

Not Included:
-   Drinks
-   Some admissions into sites on the itinerary. Approximate cost for the week is 50  pounds. (The reason for this is that some people on the tour sometimes hold a membership in the National Trust which gives them free entry). 
-   Travel to / from the location of the tour at the start and end of the holiday.

Tour prices: Tour prices are per person, based on two persons sharing a room. Prices are based in UK pounds - conversion to dollars is done when payments are made.
Single room supplements are listed where applicable.

To make a reservation:
Deposit  75 GBP per person (approximately $120 Cdn)  
Full payment six weeks before departure.
Conversion from pounds to dollars is done at time of payment.

Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as cheques are accepted

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel up to 22 days prior to the start                Loss of deposit
If you cancel 21 - 15 days prior to the start                  50% loss
If you cancel 14 - 8 days prior to the start                    60% loss
If you cancel within 7 days of the start                        100% loss

Trip cancellation insurance:
It is advisable that you purchase trip cancellation insurance for your trip. Please inquire about the cost since the cost of insurance varies with the age of the insured and the amount which is being insured. Teachers Travel sells RBC insurance (Royal Bank of Canada).

A valid passport is required by Canadian and U.S. citizens to enter Britain.
